The past two years have resulted in a hosted “Super Bowl Party” at my home/apartment/current living space. I’d like to continue that Tradition this year as well, as it seemed a good time was held by all. hence, the information below…

I love everyone and everything.

I am genuinely addicted to the internet and/or computers. I know this because I have spend the last 2 weeks of my life changing websites, creating websites, dumping mysql, importing mysql, moving directories, breaking things, fixing things, and in general staying up too late. That’s in my SPARE time. During WORK, I spend 8 or 9 hours a day administering servers, networks, and overall I.T. related activities. This combination is clearly not normal activity for a human being.

At any rate – Here’s a recap of site related ventures:

• I upgraded my gallery install to 2.2.1(r1). Not because I wanted to, but because I broke gallery 2.1 when i moved it into a subdirectory without deactivating any plugins. I tried for 2 days to fix it. At any rate, running the upgrade fixed it.
• I finally got www.vanhood.com up and running. I have no idea what will become of that internet destination but at least there is a site there. After hearing jjafuller talk about Drupal, I figured i’d at least install it for awhile to see what it had to offer.
• I moved p4p’s entire site into a subdir. Thanks to chouse@the-bob.org for re-organizing my virtual sites/dns. Now i have a much cleaner directory structure.
• www.theScionTC.com is hopefully getting a new breath of life

I hate… the effing internet

It is 2007.  Bullets.

• Jjafuller’s wordpress counter stopped working and broke my footer.  It also broke csh.us pretty much completely.

This post is mainly to see if jjafuller’s plugin will work now.  Powerhouse everything 07 post coming ASAP.

Ef vanlandw for starting this. Here are TEN things you probably didnt know about vanberge.

1. I met Anthony Kiedis of the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” when I was in the 8th grade. He is genuinely probably 5’4”
2. I learned to juggle while sitting in the ‘dugout’ being a designated hitter on my highschool baseball team. I was a DH because my batting average was over 400, and because i couldnt field ground balls.
3. The first Rated “R” movie that I ever saw was “Predator”. I was 12.
4. I did not use a washing machine ever in my life until i started attending GVSU. I don’t think vanbergs has even yet.
5. On the “J.V” basketball team, I led the team in blocks my sophomore year with 9 on the season. (in 12 games)
6. I am pretty good at the ‘yo-yo” I can do tricks like “walk the dog” and “Rock the Cradle” and “Around the World”
7. I was elected to national honor society in high school… All well taking “Foods, Foods II, Metals, Woods, Parenthood, Contemporary Living”
8. I made “Deans List” in both semesters of my final year at GVSU.
9. I am absolutely petrified of heights and/or falling. I can’t climb ladders. I can’t lean over rooftops. I can barely walk next to the hand rails on the 2nd story at the mall. I get the ‘ball tingler’.
10. I started my college career majoring in “Elementary Education”. Quite a stones throw from where I ended up: “Information Systems”

Now i am re-calling out everyone who did these ‘5 things’ – pick it up vanlandw, flo, kramer, vanbergs, etc. do 10 things noobs.
